Bio:

I'm a nineteen year old aspiring writer with dreams of being somewhat stupendous in some sort of academic field (I'm not picky, really. Anything will do. Apart from physics. I'd never live it down) and to go on and do the PHD thing, probably in the US of A. I have what are called 'high ambitions' when in reality, people are sympathetically patting me on the head, and going, 'oh well, at least she doesn't have an obvious brain malfunction', metaphorically speaking.

I went to a very proper, boring English secondary school, took Latin, was very bad at it, and discovered (just after finishing school) I actually like it a lot. Not very bright of me, but that's a pattern here on my LJ. I went to America for six months, lived the life of a rich, prep kid and discovered I have Expensive Tastes.

Here on my LJ, you're most likely to find somewhat jealous remarks about fashion, complaints about customer service in Gap (me giving it, I mean) long, poetic descriptions of St Andrews at sea (written at 2am when I ought to be in bed) and snippets of original fiction, while I try and bash a hole through writer's block.
